This pure silver maple seed was created using a maple seed from my backyard. It was painted with multiple coats of silver metal clay paste and kilned. The seed pods were then enamelled with Daphne blue enamel. It hangs from an 18 inch, sterling silver  1.1 mm wheat chain.
