​How Do I Place an Order?

 

All prices shown are in Canadian dollars. Once you place your piece in the shopping cart, the order is payable through paypal, credit card, or debit card. Once payment is received, your new piece will be sent to you right away.

 

Shipping

 

We ship within Canada and Internationally from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Within Canada a flat rate of $20 will be added to the price of your order to cover shipping. Please contact for International shipping costs.

Custom Pieces

 

If you do not see exactly what you’re looking for, it is sold out, or you have something specific in mind, we are happy to discuss creating custom pieces to best suit your needs. Send an email or give Karen a call to discuss custom pieces. Due to the work required to create custom pieces we require 50% up front, and the entire balance paid before shipping. 

Please note, the estimated timeline for the creation of custom pieces is approximately a month.

Returns & Refunds

We make jewelry to be worn and loved, but we understand with purchasing online, sometimes the product isn’t always what you expected. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for

credit or refund of the full price of the piece.

Please note, the refund does not include the original or return shipping and handling.
